Plant Maintenance

One of the other aspects of our company is the area of plant maintenance.  Assisting companies in there shutdowns and modificatons of there equipment on site.  Here are a few of our notable projects.

• 1987, 1989, 1990, 1991 coker unit shutdowns
• durations 6 weeks each, peak manpower 250
  
• 1994, 1995, 1996 annual contract maintenance (mechanical)
• misc. repairs and modifications to vessels, exchangers, furnaces, towers, piping, etc.
• average manpower 40, peak 120

• 1997 shutdown of olefins, DPG, and utilities units
• fractionation towers revamp, cold box modifications, boiler retubing, exchanger cleaning, vessel cleaning and repair, piping replacement and additions (fab and install)
• duration 2 months, peak manpower 250

• 1996 urea unit debottleneck
• major vessel modifications, piping fabrication/installation, structural steel additions and revamp
• duraton 6 weeks, peak manpower 60
