Safety Program
We have a comprehensive and active safety program. Our goal is to achive and maintain excellence
in health and safety through management commitment, employee involvement, training and planning.
Key components of our program include safety activities which occur on a continuous basis.
These include tool box talks, safety meetings, active joint health and safety committee,
and a behaviour based safety program.
Behaviour based safety is a proactive safety process which promotes employee involvement through
positive reinforcements of actions and behaviour of workers.
A safety culture has been developed which invites positive peer participation.
Our safety program includes written safety standards, safe practices, and rules, as well as detailed safety procedures
for various critical activities.
We are committed to working cooperatively and positively with our clients in meeting all safety standards.
